Refund Policy

Ranks are digital and delivered in-game within seconds, so purchases are generally final. We'll still fix real problems.

We refund

• A charge where you didn't get your rank and we can't fix it.
• A double charge.
• A purchase made on your card without your permission.

We don't refund

• Time you already used, or forgetting to cancel.
• Players banned for breaking the Rules.
• Perks that change after you bought.

Cancelling

Cancel any time and you won't be charged again. Your rank stays until the end of the period you paid for. To cancel, email us from the address you used to buy, with your username.

EU and UK

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from online purchases. Because your rank starts immediately, you agree at checkout that you lose that right once it's delivered, as the law allows for digital content.

Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. Chargebacks without contacting us first lead to a permanent ban.
