Terms of Service

By playing on mc.qpex.net or buying from our store, you agree to these terms and our Rules. qpex is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Who can play

You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission before buying anything.

Your account

You're responsible for your account. We can mute, ban or remove any account that breaks the Rules. Accounts and ranks can't be sold or transferred.

The server

It's provided as is. It can go down or lose data (stats, coins, cosmetics), and we can change or remove games, kits, cosmetics and perks at any time.

Store

• Ranks are monthly subscriptions that renew until you cancel. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see your card details.
• You're buying a license to use virtual perks on our server. They have no cash value and aren't property you own.
• If you're banned, you lose your perks. Refunds and cancelling: see Refunds.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for lost progress, downtime or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. Your legal rights stay.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Questions: support@qpex.net.
